If I could rate this place 0 stars I would but it wasn't an option. I felt that my family and I were discriminated from the second we walked in. The staff seemed irritated that we had the nerve to come into this facility and PAY to bowl. As I sit here observing, I noticed that if you were Caucasian you where able to get a lane but all the minorities that came before them had to wait 15-20 minutes because "there was a league playing." Not only was the front desk person extremely rude and unpleasant, the bartender rolled her eyes, huff and puffed when we got our drinks. The one star is for the nice lady that we met last time who was super sweet. Sadly, I will never come here again. In a small town like Lafayette where the minorities make up most of the population (born and raised 31 years), you'd expect better from this staff and this bowling alley. For all those who want to have a great family night, don't waste your money here, go somewhere else where they treat you like a human being!
I needed some pineapple juice on ice and the girl working said she isn't allowed to give out pineapple juice unless it is in a mixed drink.... Really? I won't be going back.
Friendly staff, good beer selection, need more light balls with big thumb holes!
The store is great for year-round planning for holidays I use it to buy Christmas lights for the next year
This location looks like it would be a wonderful outing with the family and might be on certain nights. If you call and ask how many lanes are available, while standing in front of the reception desk, you'll get a different answer than asking face to face even though your looking right at them whole talking to them on the phone. Yes, it was so bad that we tested this theory. On the phone the lady said they had 6 lanes open, putting the phone down and asking the same lady face to face she said there were no lanes available. Not only were they blatentally lying but were very rude during the whole interaction. This location smells hevily of grease, so much so that you could hazard a guess that the grease traps have never been cleaned. It's a shame, I really wanted to like this location and give them my continued business but *insert employees name here* ensured that we will never set foot in that building again. You know who you are employee.
