this is a terrible funeral home to do business with. I found the director to be bullying, rushing through the wake/id that we held for my grandmother. He has called my parents late in the evening after calling my house yelling and irate over an irate message I left for him for his treatment of my mother, threatening to take me to court after he called screaming and yelling at me. I could not get a word in edgewise, but then to call my parents this late at night is ridiculous.
and all this because his business could not return phone calls in a timely manner and when questioning the validity of the "letter" that we recieved for a request my mother had made, now he is threatening me. nice.
